Amy Dawson grew up in Chattaroy and has always loved performing with various community theatre groups in the Spokane area. Her first appearance at the Playhouse was in “The Addams Family Musical” as Alice Beineke. After that, she was hooked! In the past, she’s served on the POPA board of directors, directed plays, and taught at youth camp. She’s happy to be working with the Season Planning Team, and is always looking forward to the next amazing Playhouse production!
Racine has been volunteering with the playhouse as the tech person and part time director for at least 7 years, although it feels like forever. When not at the playhouse she goes to the University of Hawaii and enjoys being able to surf in December.
Erin has had a passion for theater since high school, and has loved the opportunity to volunteer at the playhouse over the last 4 years. Erin has done a variety of things with the playhouse, with roles ranging from actor, choreographer, and director for several one act plays. Not only has this allowed her to become closer to her community and meet a wide range of talented individuals, it also has helped her create more memories with her local family as they also have found opportunities to volunteer alongside her. Her favorite involvement at the playhouse would be the role of Sister Hubert in Nunsense, Choreographer in the most recent production Matilda, and her many roles in Elementary Christmas, which always stands out as her first time volunteering at the Pend Oreille Playhouse.
Megan is a graduate from the University of Idaho majoring in Theater with an emphasis on Costume Design. She has previously worked with the Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey, the touring production of The Lion King and most recently Stage Left Theater in Spokane, WA. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to join Pend Oreille Players Association in this role and would like to thank her “theater family” from Theater Arts for Children for casting her in her first show way back when.
My name is Anne Hill and have been volunteering with POPA for two years. I work full time as a graphic designer and enjoy designing the posters and playbills for the playhouse. When not working, you will find me outside kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and snowshoeing.
I'm Kimberly Fry and I've been with POPA since I was in 5th grade. Now, at 21, the playhouse has become a second home. I love going outside and camping. I love all animals. My favorite color is Bright Orange and I have the need for speed.
Laura debuted as an actor on our stage in 2022 as Honey Raye in Christmas Belles.
